Shipping Policy


Shipping Time



While we make every attempt to ship our products the same day we receive the orders, we guarantee a 2-3 day shipping policy. We have to do this because a few of our products are custom made and many of our products are made to order. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.



Shipping Rates



All of our shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real time shipping rates from Fedex.



Shipping Surcharge



Certain products may be subject to shipping surcharges due to the size or weight of the package.



Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.



We do ship outside the Continental U.S. to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please note that all orders may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Purfect Cat Supply does not ship to international locations at this time.



Availability and Back Orders



All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our authorized distributors. Most items are always in stock but occasionally there are runs on an item and it’s periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you immediately letting you know when that item will be shipping again. You will have the option to cancel your order at this point without penalty.



Shipment Confirmation



When part or all of your order ships, you will receive and e-mail shipment confirmation to the e-mail address supplied during the checkout process.



Order Status & Tracking



You can find your order status by clicking the Track Your Order section of Perfect Cat Supply. When you place an order with us, you should have received a confirmation email. This email included a login name and password to access your online account information.

**Residential deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. If you have instructed the driver to leave the shipment with a neighbor or leasing office, this would be noted on a yellow UPS InfoNotice left by the driver.
