How do I place an order?
It's easy and secure! Just place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to my cart” button located on each product page. When you're ready to complete your order, click Checkout on the upper right hand corner of our site. Then follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option.
How do I Redeem Coupons or Free Shipping?
Occasionally, Purfect Cat Supply offers limited time coupons or free shipping available for use on our site. To enter a coupon code, simply enter this code during step 1 of the checkout process in the 'Coupon or Gift Card' field. If the coupon code is valid, your discount will be applied to the total and reflected on the following page. Only one coupon code is allowed per order.
Does Purfect Cat Supply Charge Sales Tax?
6.5% sales tax will only be collected on orders shipped to Florida addresses.
What do I do if I forgot the password to my account?
You can receive your password via email by clicing on the Your Account section of Purfect Cat Supply. Enter your email address in the ‘Forgot Your Password Section”. How do I receive an order confirmation?
