Dosage: 1 gm up to 10 lbs body wt. Additional 1 gm for each 10 lbs body wt up to 90 lbs. 10 gm for 100 lbs body wt and over. Times of Administration: Newborns - at 12-24 hrs of age and days 4 and 7 Post anthelmintic/post antibiotic therapy - 1, 3 and 7 days post therapy Transportation - on days 3 and 1 prior to transportation and 1st day following transportation.
